Developed a high-contrast visual identity and mockup suite for VZN After Hours, a coffee-led sub-brand designed for the modern creator. This project was a true brand build-up, born from VZN Media’s desire to fuse their raw passion for creativity with the culture of coffee. The goal was to create a dedicated space for those 3am bursts of inspiration where the best ideas are often born- if you know, you know! Centered on the bold VZN monogram and the "Vision to Reality" ethos, the branding utilises a minimalist black-and-white palette to convey a premium, high-energy aesthetic.
This identity was applied consistently across diverse packaging formats-including takeaway paper cups, textured beverage carriers, and custom lids-complemented by motivational brand messaging; "Handle with Ambition" to create a cohesive, aspirational, and urban brand experience that fuels the hustle long after the sun goes down.
My favourite part of this brand build-up was the tiny, intentional detail of the clock in the "After Hours" logo; as us creators all know, there is something magic about the quiet of the world between 12am and 5am when the distractions fade and the vision takes over. There is a unique energy that comes from collaborating with fellow visionaries. As a creator myself, being trusted to translate that level of raw passion into a tangible brand was a definitive highlight of this project!
P.s. The VZN has always been 20/20 ;)
